SEASIDE RPUD - SECOND READING (QUASI-JUDICIAL)(RC): ORDINANCE No. 2410-2019; AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF STUART, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE KINGSPORT ESTATES RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR A 7.46 ACRE PROPERTY OWNED BY STUART DEVELOPMENT LLC, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CENTRAL PARKWAY APPROXIMATELY MIDWAY BETWEEN ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH S.
