PANEL GANDHI SADA, CRE ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE RECORD THIS ITEMS ON THE AGENDA FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES. AH THIS IS THE ART RFP, WHICH IS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE THREE PARCELS ON SOUTH EAST OCEAN BOULEVARD. UM, THIS C R A PURCHASE PARCEL NUMBER TWO AND THREE THAT YOU SEE ON THE SCREEN UP THERE. AND THE CITY PURCHASE PARCEL NUMBER ONE, UH, TO MOVE THE CITY HALL TO THE EXISTING WELLS FOR BARK WELLS FARGO BUILDING. UM SO WE'LL BE SOLICITING OFFERS TO EITHER PURCHASE OR LONG TERM LEASE OF THESE PARCELS. AND DEVELOPMENT OF THESE PARCELS FOR EITHER INDUSTRIAL OFFICE USED RETAIL, MULTI FAMILY DEVELOPMENT.
