ANYTHING WITH REGARD TO DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF STEWART, AND, UM, MR FREEMAN IS HERE TO PHRASE THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE INFORMATION TO US SO THAT WE CAN HAVE OUR DISCUSSION. MAY I?
