OF INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE BUILDING.

APPROVING A FINAL SITE PLAN PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CITY CLERK. PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS AND CONDITIONS, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. I SHOULD POINT OUT THAT HAVING JUST CONSULTED WITH THE APPLICANT THERE. IN THE ORDINANCE TERRORISM DIFFERENT SQUARE FEET OF INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE BUILDING. TWO STORY BUILDING. AND ITS ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS WHICH WERE APPROVED WITHIN THE ORIGINAL INDUSTRIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. 23 68 IN 2018. TODAY THE PETITIONER IS PROPOSING AN ADDITIONAL 28,936 SQUARE FEET. ONE STORY WAREHOUSE EXPANSION. UM, THEY.
