AND THIS IS A AMENDMENT TO THEIR P U D AGREEMENT. FUTURE LAND USE OF COMMERCIAL FOR THE RECORD, THEY DID PROVIDE THE REQUIRED NOTICES WITH THE SIGNAGE AND THE AFFIDAVIT AFFIDAVIT. TO NOTIFY PROPERTY OWNERS WITH THAT WITHIN 300 FT OF THE SUBJECT AREA. AND AS I AS AS MENTIONED IN THE RESOLUTION. THIS IS AN ADDITION OF TWO PARKING GARAGES. AND THIS CONCLUDES MY VERY SHORT PRESENTATION. SO STAFF IS RECOMMENDING THAT YOU RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVAL OF THIS AMENDMENT TO THE P U. D.
