BUT I KNOW THAT WE HAD ASKED MR MARTEL TO TRY TO WORK ON GIVEN US SOME TYPE OF WORKSHOP AND UPDATE AND SEE WHAT'S GOING ON, UM, ESPECIALLY BEFORE JULY, AND BEFORE THINGS START TO HAPPEN. WHO, WHAT? WHEN WE ARE Y, AND THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITIES AND WHAT'S HAPPENING TO THEM COMING DOWN FROM TALLAHASSEE, SO MR LANAHAN HAS A VERY GOOD PRESENTATION. BUT IF THERE'S ANY WATER QUALITY FUNDS OR IF THERE'S ANY ABILITY TO START EITHER SQUIRRELING AWAY MONEY OR FIND SOURCES TO HAVE SOMETHING WHERE IF WE HAD TO HAVE EITHER OUTSIDE COUNSELOR TO FILE A LAWSUIT BECAUSE IT WILL DIMINISH DIMINISH VERY QUICKLY IF WE ACTUALLY HAVE A LAWSUIT FILED THE MONEY IS JUST GOING TO GO AWAY. BUT WHEN THE PROPERTY WENT INTO FORECLOSURE IT JUST SO HAPPENED THAT THE COUNTY WAS DOING A HALF CENT SALES TAX REFERENDUM AND WHEN IT PASSED THE CITY UM, WANTED TO OBLIGATE ALL OF THAT HAVE SINCE MONEY. TO THE PURCHASE OF THE 52 ACRES OF THE HARBOR WALK PROJECT APPROACHED THE COUNTY. THE COUNTY AGREED TO DO IT JOINTLY BECAUSE THE CITY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY. AND THE PROPERTY WAS PURCHASED. JOINTLY WITH THE COUNTY AND THE CITY. AS PART OF THE PROGRAM.
